Commute & Walkability
With its own light rail station and direct access to I-5 and I-90, Beacon Hill is one of the city’s easiest neighborhoods for getting around—whether you're heading downtown, to the airport, or the Eastside. Real Estate Snapshot
Home prices here have seen steady appreciation as more buyers discover the neighborhood’s views, location, and value. You'll find early-1900s craftsman homes, post-war bungalows, and new townhomes—often with more yard space than you’d expect this close to the city. Real estate in Beacon Hill strikes a balance: less pricey than nearby Mount Baker or North Beacon, but still full of character and long-term upside.

✅ You’ll love it if: You want diversity, views, good transit, and a strong neighborhood vibe without sky-high prices.
