  • My soul feels settled when I am at the beach or near a body of water; whether it be a raging ocean, calm lake or flowing river.

  • I like to hike, read books, especially the “good” book…the Bible, listen to music, attend theatre productions, hunt, fish, travel, photograph nature, bake and watch sports (not particularly in that order).

  • I lament the fact the Seattle Super Sonics are no more and look forward to Seattle reestablishing an NBA team, hopefully soon.

Why Tara?

Born and raised in Washington state. I’ve lived in Des Moines, Burien and West Seattle and thoroughly appreciate my “Seattle” roots. I am happily married and blessed with three adult children who tease me that my “favorite” child is my beloved loyal Beagle, Bella Boo. I’m professional, volunteer in my community, have a great sense of humor and believe in maintaining a work-life balance to keep me competitive and productive while juggling different aspects in life. I value working with the public and take pride in offering quality, efficient and first-rate work ethics and customer service. Whether you are choosing the perfect home to purchase, or you are selling your home, I look forward to meeting you so we can achieve the real estate goals you desire in the most effective way.

Why Sea-Town Real Estate?

My brother, Troy Tyner, who has been a Real Estate professional for several years, suggested Sea-Town Real Estate (STRE). Since I started this new venture as a Real Estate Broker in 2019, I definitely value his input. He believed STRE would be an excellent fit for me, while providing support and a comfortable working environment.

After meeting Christian Harris, Founder, and learning what STRE stands for in the real estate arena, its progressive tech-savvy communications and how it supports the West Seattle community, I couldn’t agree with Troy more. Sea-Town Real Estate encompasses a winning attitude with flare for performance and efficiency. Proven formulas for success! I am confident I will be a great addition and positive contribution to this team of real estate professionals. If I am listing, selling or working with first-time home buyers, you will get quality service. I look forward to serving and assisting clients to reach their real estate goals.
